Dijon Cilantro Tuna Sandwiches Recipe

  1. plain nonfat yogurt
  2. sweet pickle relish
  3. dijon mustard
  4. whole grain mustard
  5. tuna in water
  6. celery
  7. red onion
  8. cilantro
  9. whole grain bread
  10. tomatoes
  11. lettuce leaf

Steps:

  1. in a bowl mix first 4 ingredients
  2. stir in tuna
  3. stir in veggies
  4. cover and chill for 30 minutes
  5. spoon 1 / 2 cup tuna on 6 toasted bread slices , top with tomatoe slices and lettuce and the rest of the bread slices
  6. cut sandwiches in half , if desired
