Dill Tilapia And Spinach Recipe

Time: 35 minutes



  1. fish fillet
  2. spinach
  3. onions
  4. pepper
  5. salt
  6. fresh dill weed
  7. fresh basil
  8. lemon, juice of
  9. white wine
  10. water
  11. cashews
  12. parmesan cheese


  1. combine water , white wine , dill , basil , salt and pepper into large skillet
  2. bring to a boil over medium heat
  3. cover , reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes
  4. cut fish into 4 servings
  5. add fish
  6. cover and simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily
  7. gently remove fish with slotted spoon , reserving cooking liquid
  8. set fish aside and keep warm
  9. bring cooking liquid to a boil
  10. cook over high heat 12 minutes or until liquid is reduced to almost 1 / 4 cup
  11. add spinach for about 1-2 minutes to shrink spinach
  12. place spinach on serving platter
  13. sprinkle with chopped cashews
  14. arrange fish over spinach
  15. squeeze fresh lemon on fish to serve
