An alcohol FREE mint julep for you non-drinkers out there.... now you don't have to drink water and can enjoy the classic mint julep with a slight twist while watching the Kentucky Derby!

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar and 1 tablespoon of chopped mint. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook until sugar has dissolved, then remove from heat and set aside to cool. After about an hour, strain out mint leaves.
- Fill 2 cups or frozen goblets with crushed ice. Pour 1/2 of the lemonade into each glass and top with a splash of the sugar syrup. Garnish each with a mint sprig and a straw. Serve on a silver platter.

Steps:
- Combine the sugar and water in a 3 quart saucepan. Stir the contents until the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in lime and lemonade concentrate next. Continue stirring and bring to boil just below the boiling point (210 degrees.) DO NOT BOIL!
- Remove pan from heat and chill. Once chilled, add a ratio of 1 part syrup to 5 parts chilled water.
- Transfer beverage to pitcher and enjoy!
- Garnish each serving with mint leaves, lime slice and a maraschino cherry.

- In a saucepan mix sugar and soda over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Add lime juice and lemonade and bring mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add crem de menthe syrup.
- Chill in fridge 30 minutes to an hour
- For a 2 cup serving, mix 1/2 cup mixture with 1 1/2 cups of water.
- Serve with cherries and pineapple slices on toothpick and mint leaves.
- Enjoy!

- In a 15 ounce glass, pour in 5 tablespoons of chilled simple syrup or the mint infused simple syrup.
- Pour in the 1 1/4 cups simple syrup or the mint infused simple syrup. Add the 1/2 cup of frozen lemonade and the 1/3 cup of frozen lemonade. Pour in 1/2 cup of homemade creme de menthe. Stir until well combined. Add 4 cups of sparkling mineral water and gently stir. Add 1/4 cup of crushed ice to each of the 4 glasses. Pour mint julep over top the crushed ice.
- Take a lemon wedge and pierce the bamboo skewer through the rind. Take it off the skewer. Put the maraschino cherries on the skewer, then put the lemon wedge back on the skewer.
