EASY TACO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Stir salsa, onion, mayonnaise, chili powder, and cumin into the beef. Remove from heat.
• Spread about half the ground beef mixture into the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread about half the tortilla chips in a layer atop the beef mixture. Layer about half of each of the Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the tortilla chip layer. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with Monterey Jack cheese. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
• Bake in preheated oven until the cheese is melted in the middle, about 30 minutes.

MANDA'S TACO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
• Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until crumbly and browned, about 10 minutes; drain grease. Mix water and taco seasoning mix into ground beef, bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Simmer ground beef mixture, stirring often, until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.
• Heat chili beans in a saucepan over low heat until simmering.
• Spread layers of tortilla chips, ground beef mixture, and chili beans, respectively into a casserole dish; repeat layers until you run out of chips, beef, and beans. Top casserole with Cheddar cheese.
• Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbling and tips of exposed tortilla chips are golden brown, about 15 minutes.

EMILY'S EXCELLENT TACO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place chips in the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish. Pour chili straight from the can over the chips. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
• Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until chili is bubbling and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa in the pan, or after serving (if people are picky).

SOUTHWESTERN TACO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in beans., Spoon meat mixture into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and biscuit mix until moistened. Pour over cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Spread with sour cream. Top with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and olives.

DONNA'S DINNER

Steps:

• In a medium skillet, brown, rinse and drain ground beef.
• Prepare Ramen Noodle soup per directions on package, including adding the flavor packet.
• Melt Velveeta cheese into the soup (you can add more or less, depending on how much you like cheese - I tend to use a bit more).
• Stir beef into the soup/cheese mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
• Serve it up and enjoy!

DONNA'S TACO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Unroll crescent rolls and press on bottom and slightly up the sides of a greased 9" X 13" pan.
• Brown ground beef and onions. Drain and add the taco seasoning and refried beans. Mix well and spread this mixture on top of the crescent rolls.
• Beat egg and combine with sour cream and cheese. Spread on top of beef mixture.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to set for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into individual servings and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and taco sauce. or your choice of toppings. Chopped avacado is also good.
