Double Apple Corn Muffins Recipe

  1. all-purpose flour
  2. cornmeal
  3. sugar
  4. baking powder
  5. salt
  6. eggs
  7. unsweetened applesauce
  8. milk
  9. canola oil
  10. apple


  1. stir together the flour , cornmeal , sugar , baking powder and salt
  2. set aside
  3. combine the eggs , applesauce , milk and oil
  4. stir into dry ingredients , just until moistened
  5. add apple
  6. spoon into greased muffin pans , filling 2 / 3 full
  7. bake at 425f for 15 minutes
  8. cool muffins five minutes in pan before serving
