We love chocolate chip cookies at our house, and these are especially good!! I use a 1 inch scoop to form the cookies.

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped dry roasted macadamia nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time then stir in the vanilla. Gradually blend in the sifted ingredients. Mix in the white chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

10 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
CARAMEL GLAZE:
12 caramel candies
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • In a bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add egg. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. , Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack. , For glaze, melt the caramels and cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate chunks (2 cups)
1 jar (3.25 oz) macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon, until creamy. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chocolate chunks and nuts.
  • Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased large cookie sheet (do not use dark cookie sheet).
  • Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until cookies are set and appear dry (do not overbake). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
