CRANBERRY CHEESE BALL
Cranberry Cheese Ball is an easy cheese ball that you can make this holiday season. Dried cranberries, roasted pecans, green onions, and sharp white cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- Start by roasting your chopped pecans in the oven at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Once fragrant, remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Then in a bowl add your cream cheese, 1/4 cup pecans, 1 cup cranberries, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add in your sharp cheddar and stir until combined.
- Then with wax paper dump the cheeseball out and work on shaping it into a ball or log.
- Then take your leftover nuts and cranberries and add green onions on a wax paper or even bowl. Then begin rolling and pressing the toppings onto the cheese ball.
- Then pair with crackers, pretzels, and more.

This tasty crowd-pleasing cheese ball comes together in under 20 minutes, is self-serve, and doesn't require anything fancy. Serve it with a box of crackers and your done!

- To Toast Pecans: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Place chopped pecans on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes or until aromatic. Remove from oven and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ½ toasted pecans, ½ cup dried cranberries, chive or green onion, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place mixture in the center of a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper and cover completely with wrap while forming it into a ball shape. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, combine remaining ½ cup pecans, ½ dried cranberries, and 2 tablespoon chives on a flat surface or cutting board. Unwrap the ball and roll in cranberry-pecan mixture.
- Serve with crackers, pita chips, pretzels, carrots or celery.

Steps:
- Place chopped pecans in a dry skillet and toss over medium heat until toasted, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Mozzarella cheese in a food processor and process until creamy. Add 1/2 of the toasted pecans and 1/2 of the dried cranberries and pulse a few times to lightly break up and combine with the cheese.
- Remove mixture to a bowl and stir in half of the chives, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Place mixture in the center of a piece of plastic wrap and use the wrap to help you form it into a ball.
- Combine remaining pecans, remaining dried cranberries, and the other half of the chives on a plate or cutting board. Roll the ball in cranberry-pecan-chive mixture.

- Put butter, cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment; mix on medium speed until combined. Divide equally among 3 medium bowls.
- Stir cheddar cheese and chutney with base mixture in the first bowl. Form into a ball. Roll cheese ball in cranberries to coat before serving. Serve with crackers.
- Stir blue cheese and shallot with base mixture in second bowl; add brandy, if desired. Form into a ball. Roll in walnuts to coat before serving. Serve with chips.
- Stir goat cheese and scallions with base mixture in remaining bowl. Form into a ball. Roll in parsley to coat before serving. Serve with cucumber slices.
