Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray (or nonstick with flour spray).
- Dump all dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a whisk to mix well (my version of sifting).
- Add all of the "wet" ingredients and stir until mixed well with wooden spoon.
- Spread in prepared pan and sprinkle the cup (or so) of chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake at 350 for no more than 30 minute They are done when the edge just starts to pull away from the pan and a toothpick comes out with a little bit of brownie on it. I set my timer for 28 minute to avoid over baking them.
DUMP IT IN MEATLOAF
Okay, I know I called the last one the best ever, but this one is really delicious plus I didn't have to chop anything! My DH loves it and told me to stop looking for any others because this one is it. I did not put a topping on it, but you can serve it with whatever condiments you'd like. I made the recipe up as I went along, so I'm posting it before I forget what went into it. Please excuse any guesswork as to quantities. I just cook, I don't always measure.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper that drapes over the sides to easily lift meatloaf, then set the pan aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, salt, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and paprika together. Use your bare hands (with disposable gloves, if desired) to mix everything together until just combined. Careful not to over mix the meat to prevent the meatloaf from being tough.
- To make the glaze: In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and worcestershire together. Use a spoon to mix well until fully combined. Carefully pour the glaze on top of the meatloaf and use a spoon to spread the glaze evenly over it.
