DUNKIN' CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

For when you just need a warm, soft, gooey chocolate chip cookie, Dunkin' has you covered.

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 Sticks unsalted butter
3 Cups light brown sugar
2 Eggs
3 Egg yolks
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Cups cake flour
2 Cups all-purpose flour
1.5 Tsp salt
1 Tsp baking soda
2.5 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix the butter, light brown sugar, eggs and egg yolks together
  • Add the vanilla extract
  • In a separate bowl, add the cake flour, all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda
  • Combine the two mixes together into one bowl
  • Once evenly mixed, add the chocolate chips and stir until combined
  • Scoop out the cookie dough using an ice cream scoop to make 12 cookies
  • Bake for 9-12 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!
