PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEE

Steps:

• Mix the ground coffee, allspice, and cinnamon in a small bowl, and place into the filter of a drip coffee maker. Pour 4 cups of water into the coffee maker, and turn on the machine. When coffee has finished dripping, pour into 2 cups. Stir in cream and sugar to taste.

Steps:

• Brew a cup of Dunkin' Donuts Pumpkin Spice Latte coffee and split the batch into two separate mugs or cups of choice (half a cup in each).
• Heat the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
• Add the sugar and vanilla and stir until the mixture looks like a bubbly, thick syrup.
• Next, add the milk. You can add it directly to the syrup mixture, but it may not have that same frothy texture. You can also warm the milk in a separate pan and blend the two together. If you have it, grab your hand frother to create a foaming texture.
• Add the pumpkin mixture and foamed milk to your coffee. You can also add some whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumkin pie spice on top. If you want it iced, let it cool and add ice.

Steps:

• Brew fresh ground coffee with 9 cups of water measured in coffee maker pot.
• Pour in 1 standard coffee cup add 3 teaspoons of sugar stir till mixed.
• Add 1-2 tablespoons half and half.
• Serve and enjoy.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
• Stir flour, brown sugar, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a large bowl.
• Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, and butter into flour mixture; beat until completely incorporated.
• Spoon pumpkin mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip with a 1/2-inch opening. Pipe 3-inch circles onto prepared baking sheets.
• Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 13 minutes. Remove doughnuts to a wire rack to cool.
• Stir confectioner's sugar, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla together in a bowl. Gradually stir in enough milk to reach a glaze consistency. Brush glaze over doughnuts with a pastry brush or spoon over the tops.

• 10/7/2010 -- OK -- lots of bad reviews -- I even noted at the bottom of my recipe that this has bad reviews and people continue to make and complain. This also has really good reviews, I've checked and double checked. If you're a cook and don't agree with the recipe -- move on to another recipe This is not my own, it came from Todd Wilbur who does the CopyCat recipes. I've made these -- they were great. If you think 30 oz. of Pumpkin is too much -- move in to another recipe, or use less. I am going to delete this, as my other recipe's have great reviews.
• Preheat oven to 350. Mix together spice cake mix, pumpkin, pudding and vanilla. Add sour cream, eggs, oil and spice. When blended well, drop a large scoop of batter into lined muffin tins. Fill to the top. Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar. Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
• The first reviewer of this recipe thought a 30 ounce can of pumpkin was too much, but that is the correct amount, and it comes out wonderfully moist. I've given this recipe to people who've raved over the results. I'm sorry to the reviewer that it didn't work out. It's frustrating to invest in ingredients, only to be disappointed.
