Ingredients

1 (7 1/2 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits (10 count)
1 large apple
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

Open the biscuits and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet. Smoosh them flat with a large glass.
Slice the apple as thin as possible, spread 3-4 slices on each biscuit in a decorative fashion.
Sprinkle the sugar, and spices evenly over apples. Add a dot of butter to the top of each biscuit.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
You could drizzle them with a simple glaze if you want them to look fancier.

1 egg white, lightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
4 cups thinly sliced peeled apples (about 4 medium)
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 425°F Prepare crust as directed on package. Place on foil-lined 12-inch pizza pan. If necessary, press out any folds or creases. Brush crust with about 1/2 of the beaten egg white.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in medium bowl. Toss with apples. Spoon into center of crust, spreading to within 2 inches of edges. Fold 2-inch edge of crust up over apples, pleating or folding crust as needed. Brush crust with remaining egg white; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar.
Bake 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool slightly before serving.

1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
4 cups thinly sliced peeled & cored apples (about 4 medium)
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp sugar

Steps:

Prepare crust as directed on package. Place on foil-lined backing sheet, press out any folds or creases. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch & cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add sliced apples: toss to coat well.
Spoon apples into center of pie crust, spreading to within 2" from edges. Bring crust up over apples pleating or folding as needed, brush folded crust with egg white, sprinkle with 1 tsp. of sugar.
Bake in preheated oven 425°F 20 minutes or until apples are tender & crust is golden brown.
