Ingredients:

  1. roast
  2. beef broth
  3. cream of mushroom soup
  4. potatoes
  5. onion
  6. carrots
  7. salt & pepper
  8. worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  1. place potatoes , onion , and carrots in crockpot
  2. rub salt and pepper into roast , to taste
  3. place roast on top of vegetables in crockpot
  4. blend together beef broth , cream of mushroom soup , and worcestershire sauce and pour over roast
  5. do not stir
  6. turn crockpot on high for about 4 hours , then low for 2 more hours', "if you want to start this in the morning for that evening's supper , simply turn the crockpot on low all day , then high for an hour just before supper"]
