WHITE CHOCOLATE BIRD NESTS

Steps:

• Pour the white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave on low, stirring frequently.
• Once the chips are melted, add the chow mein noodles and toasted coconut. Stir until everything is well coated in the white chocolate.
• Spoon out large sections and shape into nests onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
• In the middle of the nests add 3 to 4 Jelly Beans. Let the nests set at room temperature until chocolate is hardened.

HIDDEN SURPRISE EASTER EGG TREATS™

Steps:

• Coat insides of clean plastic eggs with cooking spray.
• Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows; cook and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal; stir until evenly coated.
• Press 1/4 cup cereal mixture (with greased hands) firmly into each egg half, hollowing out center. Remove from molds. Place on sheet of waxed paper. Cool slightly.
• Place about 6 candies in one half of each egg. Gently press both halves of each egg together. Cool completely.

EASTER EGG NEST TREATS

Steps:

• In small bowl stir together water and green food coloring. Add coconut. Stir until coconut is tinted. Spread on baking sheet to dry.
• In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
• Add cereal. Stir until well coated.
• Divide warm mixture into sixteen 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray. Shape mixture into individual cups. Cool. Remove from pans.
• Fill cooled nests with coconut, marshmallows, jelly beans or chocolate eggs. Best if served the same day.
• MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Follow step 1 above. In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 3 thru 5 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.
• Note: For best results, use fresh marshmallows. Store no more than two days at room temperature in airtight container. To freeze unfilled cups, place in single layer on wax paper in airtight container. Freeze for up to 6 weeks. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before filling.

EASTER EGG TREATS

Steps:

• SORT FUNMALLOWS into each of the four colors.
• IN a small saucepan melt 1 Tbsp. butter over low heat. Add one color FUNMALLOWS and stir until completely melted.
• REMOVE from heat and add 1½ cups of rice crispy cereal. Stir until well-coated.
• COAT the inside of your plastic Easter eggs with cooking spray, being sure to grease your hands at the same time.
• SCOOP and press the cereal mixture into each half of the plastic egg. For small eggs, fill until barely over-full and then snap each half together. Wait 5 seconds and remove from the molds, place on wax paper to cool.
• FOR large, filled eggs, use your fingers to form a small, hollow center in each half of your egg before removing from the molds and placing on wax paper to cool.
• AFTER large eggs have cooled slightly, place your choice of candy or chocolate into one half and gently press the two halves of the egg together, making sure to create a tight bond and cover the seam.
• REPEAT this process for each marshmallow color.
