Ingredients: chocolate cookies,butter,vanilla ice cream,creme de menthe,chocolate fudge topping

Steps:

  1. crush cookies into fine crumbs
  2. mix with melted butter and press into pie plate to make crust
  3. mix creme de menthe and softened ice cream
  4. pour into crust and freeze
  5. spoon chocolate fudge topping over pie and create beautiful design
