  1. heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
  3. place the fish fillets in the baking dish and top with butter
  4. season with old bay and garlic salt
  5. add more butter , old bay and garlic salt to your liking if needed
  6. bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
