1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package silken tofu
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
¼ teaspoon orange oil
2 tablespoons honey
5 teaspoons cider vinegar
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream cheese and tofu until smooth. Add the cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, coffee liqueur, orange oil, honey, and vinegar; beat until smooth. Fold in half of the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the pie shell, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
  • Bake in preheated oven until set, about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until cold before serving, at least 4 hours.

Pastry for single-crust pie (9 inches)
2 packages (12.3 ounces each) silken firm tofu
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Whipped cream and sliced fresh strawberries, optional

Steps:

  • Roll out pastry to fit a 9-in. pie plate. Transfer pastry to pie plate. Trim pastry to 1/2 in. beyond edge of plate; flute edges. Line unpricked pastry with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Fill with dried beans, uncooked rice or pie weights., Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake 5-7 minutes longer or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack., In a blender or food processor, combine the tofu, honey and extracts. Cover and process until smooth. Add melted chocolate; cover and process until blended., Transfer to pie shell. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries if desired.

This is SUPER easy with only 5 ingredients including the shell. It's also no-bake. Don't tell anyone that it's tofu - they'll never guess!!!

2 packages firm silken tofu
3/4 cup honey
3 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
chocolate graham wafer pie crust

Steps:

  • Drain as much liquid as possible from tofu by putting paper towels on top& bottom of tofu, wrapping a clean dish towel around that, and setting a weight on top of it[a large pan usually works well].
  • Drain for 30 minutes.
  • In food processor[or blender], whip tofu until smooth, for several minutes.
  • Add honey, cocoa powder,& vanilla.
  • Blend for at least 1 minute.
  • Be sure to use spatula on sides.
  • Pour into pie crust& chill for 2 hours.
  • Garnish with bananas or raspberries, if desired.

1 (300 g) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

  • LIne 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Set aside.
  • Microwave chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on high 2-3 minutes, or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring 2 minutes.
  • Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Blend in vanilla.
  • Spreqd into prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting to serve.
  • Cookie Fudge: Measure 1 1/2 cups mini Oreo cookies. (about 37). Reserve 25 cookies. Cut remaining cookies in half. Prepare fudge as directed, adding halved cookies with vanilla. Spread into prepared pan. Top with reserved cookies in five rows of 5 cookies each. (Use cookies as a guide when cutting fudge into squares).

20 caramels

8 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Whipped cream and salted peanuts, optional
TOPPING:
3 caramels
5 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat; stirring until smooth. Spread onto the bottom and up the sides of crust; refrigerate until the chocolate is set. , For peanut layer, in a small saucepan, melt caramels and cream over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
