  1. butter
  2. lemon juice
  3. honey
  4. cinnamon
  5. cooking apples

Steps:

  1. place the butter in a 12 x 8-in baking dish
  2. microwave on high for 50 seconds or until butter melts
  3. stir in the lemon juice , honey and cinnamon with the melted butter
  4. place apple slices in the butter mixture , turning to coat both sides
  5. cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap
  6. microwave at high for 4-6 mins , or until apples are tender , give the dish a half-turn after 2 minutes
  7. let stand for 2 mins before serving
