  4. onion powder

  6. salt', "campbell's condensed cream of celery soup", 'milk


  1. in a large pot , heat cream of celery soup and milk on medium heat
  2. mix ground beef , rice , water , onion powder , salt and pepper until combined
  3. form into 1 inch balls
  4. drop into soup
  5. cover and simmer on medium low for about 45 minutes
