BAKED ZITI WITH SOUR CREAM
Spaghetti sauce and three kinds of Italian cheeses make a surprisingly quick and budget-friendly baked ziti that's perfect for a weeknight meal.

Steps:
- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
- Add the Ziti Pasta (1 box) and cook until al dente for about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, add the Onion (1), Lean Ground Beef (1 pound), and Garlic (3 clove). Cook over medium heat, stirring until beef is no longer pink. Season with Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
- Add Pasta Sauce (2 jar) and simmer for 15 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Begin to make layers inside the baking dish. First, use half of the cooked ziti.
- Next, top the ziti with the Provolone Cheese (8 slice).
- Spread the Sour Cream (12 ounce) over the provolone.
- Add half of the sauce mixture on top of that.
- Add the remaining ziti followed by the Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/2 cup).
- Add the remaining sauce mixture and top with the Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup). Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes, then serve, either in slices or scoops! Top with Fresh Parsley (to taste) if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350F. Cook pasta according to box directions with a generous pinch of salt. Drain pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Add pasta and pasta water back into pot and stir in 3/4 cup Italian cheese blend, 1 cup of tomato sauce, and all of herbs (basil, thyme, and oregano). Pasta should have a creamy and cheesy consistency.
- Transfer pasta to a 13x9 baking dish. Layer with rest of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend over top.
- Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and browned. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!

- Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. , In a large bowl, combine eggs, ricotta cheese, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese. Drain pasta; add to cheese mixture and stir until blended., Spoon a third of the meat sauce into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; top with half of the pasta mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat sauce., Cover and bake 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. ZITI BAKED WITH SHRIMP AND FETA CHEESE - GREEK STYLE

- Preheat oven to 400F. In a large saucepan set over moderate heat, heat oil until hot, and add the onion and cook it, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more, or until the onion and garlic are golden in color. Now add the tomatoes, oregano, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste and simmer the tomatoes for 6 to 8 minutes, or until lightly thickened. Add the basil and shrimp and cook, stirring gently, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the shrimp are just turning pink. Place cooked pasta in a large bowl, gently stir in shrimp and tomato mixture, 2 tablespoons of the parsley and half of the feta cheese. Transfer to an oiled 3 quart shallow flameproof baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining feta cheese and parsley. Cover loosely with foil, place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling. Run under the broiler until golden.
