Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Mix dry ingredients.
• Mix butter, bananas & eggs.
• Mix dry ingredients into banana mix and stir in nuts.
• Bake 40-45 minutes.

BANANA BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with baking spray with flour.
• In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together banana, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Fold banana mixture into flour mixture until just combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.
• Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

BANANA NUT MUFFINS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°. Spray 15 muffin cups with baking spray with flour. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and next 5 ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together banana and next 3 ingredients. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until combined. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into prepared cups. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks.

• Preheat oven to 350.
• Cream shortening and sugar.
• Soft together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda and add to creamed mixture.
• Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
• Pour into a well-greased loaf pan.
• Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
