- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the brie on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper and drizzle with the honey. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to ooze but not melt.
- Serve with crackers.

- Place brie round in a microwaveable dish.
- In a small bowl mix brown sugar, chopped pecans and craisins.
- Sprinkle on top of brie round.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with crackers.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8- or 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- Pour half of the melted butter into pie plate.
- In medium bowl, mix Bisquick™ mix and milk. Add rounded tablespoon-size dollops of batter to pie plate until pie plate is full of biscuit balls and all dough has been used. Drizzle remaining butter over tops of biscuits. Sprinkle Brie, blue cheese and half of the cranberries over tops of biscuits. Press some of the cheese into biscuits.
- Place pie plate on cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden. Sprinkle with remaining cranberries and parsley. Serve warm using cocktail forks or toothpicks.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place cheese on cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese begins to soften.
- Meanwhile, in 8-inch sauté pan or skillet, heat syrup, brown sugar and liqueur to boiling. Cook until mixture becomes thick and syrupy.
- Place warm Brie on serving plate. Top with dried fruit and pecans. Pour syrup over top. Serve with baguette slices.
