- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the beef and onion until no longer pink. Remove excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, diced chilies, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and heat through.
- Place one-third of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the baking dish then add half of the beef mixture. Top with one-third of the crushed Doritos, then the remaining beef mixture. Add the last third of the remaining Dorito's and Sprinkle top evenly with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered in preheated oven until heated through and cheese is bubbly about 2o minutes.

- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly, breaking the meat up as it cooks, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and mix in taco seasoning. - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in salsa, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans, and heat through.

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with a dab of butter or margarine.
- Add the diced onions to the pan with the beef while it's cooking.
- Dump the cream cheese, mushroom soup and chili sauce into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix with an electric mixer until fully combined.
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked add the ground beef and onions to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
- Add the corn and black beans to the bowl. Stir.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of green onions and add the remaining green onions to the mixing bowl.
- Add 2 cups of the shredded cheese to the mixing bowl.
- Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to the mixing bowl. Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled Doritos on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions on top of the Doritos.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake the casserole until the cheese on top is completely melted and just starting to brown. 11-13 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
