1 can (10.4 oz.) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
cup 1/2 to 1 sour cream, depending on your personal taste preference
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Spray crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Season chicken to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and ground sage. Place chicken in bottom of crock-pot. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • If using potatoes, wash, peel, and slice. Reserve.
