  • Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds to combine.
  • Strain into stemmed glass and serve immediately.

1/4 oz. simple syrup

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Measure and pour all ingredients into the shaker.
  • Put the lid on the shaker tightly and shaker at LEAST 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Pour into your martini glass and serve.

2 ounces brewed espressed ((strong coffee is a good substitute here))
2 ounces vodka ((I like Tito's))
2 ounces Kahlua liqueur
espresso beans for garnish

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour the espresso, vodka, and Kahlua into the shaker. Put on lid and shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds. (You want to shake until frothy foam has formed).
  • Strain the liquid into a martini glass and top with espresso beans.
