Ingredients: shortening,brown sugar,white sugar,egg,vanilla,flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt,rolled oats


  1. cream shortening , sugar and vanilla
  2. add egg
  3. sift flour , soda , baking powder and salt
  4. mix in sifted dry ingredients
  5. add oats
  6. drop on pan
  7. oven: 375 degrees f for 10 minutes
