This super-refreshing frozen dessert is like a key lime pie upgrade, wonderfully complemented by creamy coconut and chocolate. Cut and serve straight from the freezer -- the colder the better.

Steps:
- Combine the cream of coconut, lime juice and half of the zest in a blender and blend until combined. Pour into the crust and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- Put the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and very thin. Dip a fork into the chocolate and drizzle over the frozen pie. Sprinkle the remaining zest on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and freeze until the chocolate sets, then slice and serve.
4-INGREDIENT S'MORES PIE
This gooey and chocolaty pie tastes just like the campfire treat.

Steps:
- Combine the chocolate chips and cream in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until completely smooth (the chocolate may appear separated at first, but just keep stirring). Pour into the prepared pie crust, loosely cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Use kitchen shears to cut each marshmallow in half, on a bias, from one corner to the opposite corner. Arrange the marshmallow halves, cut-side down, on top of the chilled pie. Broil until golden, watching closely and rotating the pan as needed, about 1 minute. Let the pie cool completely, then cover loosely with plastic wrap and return to the fridge until the ganache sets again, 1 to 2 hours.

Steps:
- Crust.
- 1. Combine all ingredients either by hand or in a food processor.
- 2. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minute
- 4. Let cool.
- Cream Layer.
- 1. Mix together the Cream cheese, cornstarch, powdered milk, sweetener, and whipped cream.
- 2. Spread in the bottom of the crust and chill.
- Chocolate Pudding Layer.
- 1. Combine cornstarch, cocoa and honey (sugar) in a saucepan.
- 2. Mix in milk and stir to dissolve.
- 3. Over medium heat cook, stirring until milk mixture comes to a boil. About 10 minute You can add the semi-sweet chocolate here if you desire.
- 4. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more, stirring.
- 5. Remove from the heat and stir in Vanilla.
- 6. Pour the Chocolate pudding on top of the creamy layer.
- 7. Place plastic wrap on the top of the pudding and chill.
- 8. Once the Chocolate Pudding is cool and set. top the pie with more whipped cream and chill.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a cast iron skillet over medium low heat, melt the butter.
- Combine one cup of the sugar with cocoa and flour. Beat the egg yolks with the milk and add them to the sugar mixture.
- Add the sugar and egg mixture to the skillet with the melted butter or margarine and cook gently, stirring constantly until thick. (Watch this mixture closely as it has a tendency to burn)! Add the vanilla. Pour the mixture into the baked crust.
- Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form; add the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat until meringue is glossy and stiff peaks form. Spread beaten egg whites over the hot filling be sure the whites touch the edges of the crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes (or until the meringue is golden brown).
