- In a plastic bag, mix the flour, seasoned salt and some salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the eggs with 2 tablespoons water. In a separate bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
- Shake the chicken pieces in the bag to coat. In batches, dip them in the egg wash, then in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until a few breadcrumbs dropped in the oil start to sizzle immediately. Fry the chicken, in batches if needed, until golden brown and cooked through, a couple minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel and serve with ketchup.

- Heat 1 inch oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) in a large skillet or saucepan.
- Stir together the flour, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces individually into the beaten eggs before pressing into the flour mixture to coat; shake off the excess flour. Place the coated chicken pieces onto a plate until all the chicken has been coated.
- Cook the chicken in batches in the hot oil until golden brown and no longer pink in the center.

- In a pie pan or other shallow dish mix the milk and egg. In the next bowl mix flour, salt, and old bay seasoning (hold the bread crumbs back at this time)
- Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
- Dip nuggets into the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture.
- Now add the breadcrumbs to the flour mixture.
- Pour some of the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir well. This will give you some nice lumps, which will make the nuggets extra crispy.
- Now dip nuggets into the flour/breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry nuggets in oil. Deep fry or fry in a skillet about 5 minutes per side.
- Always make sure chicken is fully done with no pink in the center.
- Remove chicken from skillet and place on a wire rack. This will make them extra crispy by letting the oil drip off.

- Place the flour in a resealable plastic bag and season with the garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place the chicken pieces in the bag with the flour and toss to coat (work in batches). Transfer the breadcrumbs to a rimmed plate, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Whisk the egg and 1 tablespoon water in a medium bowl. Remove a piece of chicken from the flour, dip in the egg mixture, then the breadcrumbs, gently pressing the crumbs into the chicken, and set on a clean plate. Repeat with the remaining pieces of chicken.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces to the pan (work in batches if needed) and brown on each side, about 8 minutes total. Use a spatula to transfer the chicken nuggets to a paper-towel-lined plate. Salt while hot and serve.
CHICK-FIL-A CHICKEN (AND NUGGETS) COPYCAT
After looking on the internet for days for a Chick-Fil-A copycat and finding only plain old fried chicken recipes, I decided to try and imitate it myself. It came out pretty darn close I think! There are two crucial ingredients chick-fil-a uses that most recipes dont have- pickle juice and sugar. They also use MSG- but its also ok without it if you dont like it. Just cut up the breasts into chunks and follow recipe for nuggets. (Edit: I also have to say I love Chick- Fil-A and that I think they're a great company. I encourage anyone to visit if they can, the staff is always so nice and polite at every location I've been to! Its just too bad they don't have more locations!)

- Pound chicken breasts till they are thin enough for your taste. (I find a lot of breasts are really too thick for a sandwich so I pound out the thick part a little) Cut into chunks if you want nuggets.
- Place chicken in plastic bag with pickle juice and marinate for an hour (preferably overnight).
- Mix up eggs in seperate bowl for the egg wash.
- Mix flour and remaining spices in another shallow bowl.
- Remove chicken from the pickle juice maranade and drain well. Dip into the egg wash and then into the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken however you prefer here. I pan fried mine in a few tablespoons of oil and it turned out fine. Chick-Fil-A deep fries theirs in a pressure cooker, so you can try that if you are feeling adventurous.

- In a medium bowl, season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Set aside while you make the batter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, remaining teaspoon of salt, remaining ½ teaspoon pepper, the cayenne, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the buttermilk and ⅓ of the water and whisk to incorporate. Add the remaining water, ⅓ at a time, and whisk until no lumps remain.
- Add the chicken to the batter and toss to coat completely.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C). Set a wire rack inside a baking sheet and place nearby.
- Working 4-5 pieces at a time, fry the battered chicken in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the oil and let drain on the wire rack while you repeat with the remaining chicken.
- Make the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon, pancake syrup, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Serve the chicken bites warm with the sauce alongside for dipping.

FRIED CHICKEN NUGGETS

- Cut the chicken into pieces, wash it, peel the potatoes, and wash all the ingredients. Ginger slices. Slice garlic granules.
- Heat in a clean pot on medium heat, pour in an appropriate amount of corn oil, wait until the oil is hot, add ginger, star anise, and garlic slices. Stir fry slightly, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour the chicken nuggets. stir fry.
- Continue to stir fry until slightly discolored. About one to two minutes.
- Cut potatoes into pieces.
- Add 5 grams of white wine to the chicken nuggets to get rid of fishy.
- Then join the soy sauce. Stir fry evenly.
- Let the chicken nuggets color, add an appropriate amount of water.
- Finish the chicken nuggets with water, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, remember to flip two or three times in the middle.
- During this period, the green and red peppers are cut into moderately sized pieces.
- When the time is boring, add the potato cubes. Stir fry evenly. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of salt to taste.
- Add 2-3 spoons of soft sugar. Stir-fry evenly, continue to medium-low heat, cover and simmer until the chicken and potatoes are soft and the soup becomes less.
- Two minutes before serving, add green and red peppers and stir fry for 1-2 minutes before serving.
COPYCAT CHICK-FIL-A CHICKEN NUGGETS

- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Trim fat from chicken. Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces.
- Place cornflakes, flour, paprika, salt and pepper in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until cornflakes are reduced to crumbs. Pour into a bowl.
- Place chicken and buttermilk in a plastic bag with a zipper top; seal and refrigerate 5 minutes, turning once.
- Dip chicken into cornflake mixture to coat. Place in pan. Spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake about 30 minutes or until crisp and chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
