Steps:
- Stir yeast and water together in a small bowl until yeast is dissolved. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, the whole wheat flour, cornmeal, salt and anise seed. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture. Stir until mixed. Place dough on a floured surface.
- Begin kneading dough, adding as much flour as needed so that dough is not too sticky. Knead for 10 to 15 minutes, until smooth and shiny. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and brush top with 1 teaspoon of oil. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch the dough down and let rise until doubled again, about 1 hour. Punch down the dough and place on a lightly floured surface and roll out to a 10-inch circle. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat 3 tablespoons of the oil in a large, ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Place dough in skillet and brush with remaining oil. Sprinkle with grated onion, goat cheese, oregano and pepper. Fry until bottom of dough is crisp and brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Place skillet in oven and bake until top is browned and cheese melted, about 15 minutes. Let cool a little before serving.

Steps:
- Heat oil on stove over medium to medium high heat while preparing the curds. In a small bowl add 1/2 cup of buttermilk. Set aside. In a third bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne pepper, mix well. Take curds and dip into buttermilk. Then dip into flour mixture and set aside. Do this to all of the curds. Add 1 cup of buttermilk, water and egg to the flour mixture and mix well. In another bowl add bread crumbs and set aside. Dip floured curds into liquid buttermilk batter and remove with a slotted spoon. Place curds into bread crumbs and cover. Once oil is ready {test oil with the end of a wooden spoon, if bubbles form around soon, then it's hot and ready} place battered curds into hot oil and cook 2 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden color. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels. As soon as they are cool enough to eat ~ DEVOUR!

Steps:
- Heat a frying pan on Medium heat. Melt butter in pan. Turn pan to low heat (setting 2 works best for us, however you decided on what is best for your stove) Place slice of bread into pan and swirl it around until it is thoroughly coated in butter. Place two slices of cheddar cheese on top as shown in photo. Cook until bread is a nice golden color. Flip sandwich over so that cheese is now touching the pan with the bread on top. Allow cheese to melt. When the edges of the cheese turn a dark golden color it is ready. This may take 3 or 4 minutes. Remove from pan and place on plate bread side down. Cheese should be crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
