Ingredients: yukon gold potatoes,cream cheese,butter,sour cream,heavy whipping cream,fresh chives,fresh parsley,garlic cloves,fresh thyme,salt,pepper

Steps:

  1. place potatoes and water to cover in a 6-qt
  2. stockpot
  3. bring to a boil
  4. reduce heat
  5. cook , uncovered , until tender , 10-15 minutes
  6. drain potatoes
  7. return to pot
  8. mash potatoes , gradually adding cream cheese and butter
  9. stir in remaining ingredients
  10. transfer to a greased 3- or 4-qt
  11. slow cooker
  12. cook , covered , to allow flavors to blend , 2-3 hours
