1/3 cup hummus
1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
3 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons water
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Prepare your sauce by adding all ingredients except water to a small mixing bowl, starting with 1 Tbsp (15 ml // or the lesser end of the range if altering batch size) lemon juice. Whisk to combine. Then add only enough water to thin so it's pourable but still somewhat thick.
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Add more garlic for more zing, lemon juice for acidity, and dill for a more intense herb flavor. Depending on the hummus you use, you may want to add a pinch of salt.
  • 3. Serve with things like crispy chickpeas, salads, wraps, and more (linked above)! Will keep covered in the refrigerator up to 5 days (depending on freshness of ingredients used).

1 1/2 cups luke water
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 pinch cornmeal
1/8 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Lighty grease and sprinkle corn meal on cookie sheet.
  • Combine all ingredients into bread pan.
  • select dough setting.
  • When dough is finished, remove from bread pan and roll out into sticks sizes of your liking, onto cookie sheets and brush with milk.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minute
  • or until a light golden brown.
  • This can be done by hand also, but you will need to let the dough rise (double in size) and knead it down again and rise again before shaping into bread sticks.
