- Preheat oven to 350°. Separate 2 eggs, putting each white in a separate bowl (discard yolks or save for another use); set aside. In a small bowl, beat butter and 3/4 cup sugar until crumbly. Beat in remaining whole egg, 1 egg white and vanilla until well combined. Combine flour and cocoa; gradually add to egg mixture until blended. Pour into a 9-in. square baking pan coated with cooking spray; set aside., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Beat in the second egg white. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls over the batter; cut through batter with a knife to swirl. , Bake 25-30 minutes or until set and edges pull away from sides of pan. Cool on a wire rack.

SINFUL CHEESECAKE BROWNIES
This is my favorite brownie recipe, period. Super-chocolatey brownie swirled with twice the cream cheese of other marbled brownies. Chocolate chips are optional, but give the brownie more texture. I use the Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate bar and Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips. From David Lebovitz (check his website for more fantastic recipes!)

Steps:
- Line a 9-inch (23cm) square pan with foil, making sure it goes up all four sides. Use two sheets if necessary. Mist with non-stick spray or grease lightly.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180C).
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and beat in the 2/3 cup (130g) sugar, then the eggs.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder and salt, then the vanilla and chocolate chips. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, the yolk, 5 tablespoons (75g) of sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Distribute the cream cheese mixture in eight dollops across the top of the brownie mixture, then take a dull knife or spatula and swirl the cream cheese mixture with the chocolate batter.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the batter in the center of the pan feels just set.
- Let cool, then lift out the foil and peel it away. Cut the brownies into squares.
- Storage: These will keep in an airtight container for a couple of days. They also freeze well, too.

- Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, stir together eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add butter.
- Add in sweet ground cocoa with flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into egg mixture; add nuts if using. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread into greased 8" x 8" square pan. Bake 20-30 minutes.
- For extra chewy brownies, use 9" pan and longer baking time.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in cream cheese, egg, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; mix into creamed mixture to form a soft dough. Fold in the melted chocolate until the dough is just marbled. Do not over mix. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Cookies should be about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely before storing.

- Add softened cream cheese to a zip top bag. Clip the corner off and squeeze the cream cheese out of the bag into straight lines down the length of the pan.
