GINGER LIME TILAPIA
My husband won't eat fish unless its Tilapia, so I've had to find ways to make it interesting. This is my favorite variation I've done so far. I generally serve this with fresh snow peas or green beans splashed with teriyaki sauce.

GINGERADISH
A condiment with pizzazz! Process ginger to a consistency similar to horseradish. Serve with all meats, poultry, and fish as condiment, or use before cooking as marinade. If topped off with vinegar, it will keep for 1 year in fridge in a covered jar.

HOMEMADE GINGER ALE
A fun way to make a family favorite. It tastes a little different than the commercial stuff, but it is much better. Above all things, have fun and feel free to experiment! Try adding fruit extract, if you like.
