Steps:
- Mix all the spices together and store in an air tight container in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.

GOOD SEASONS CHICKEN
Breaded boneless chicken chunks, with artichoke hearts and musrooms. Doused with Good Seasons salad dressing. This is a versatile dish. You can add broccoli, green beans or peas if desired. Serve with rice and your good to go. Relatively easy to prepare and lots of taste. This has been around for a while and I was surprised no one else had posted it. If there is another version, let me know.

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat the eggs.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg, then bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in large saute pan til hot then add chicken in batches if necessary.
- When they are golden, transfer to a 9 x 12 baking dish.
- Drain the artichokes and mushrooms and sprinkle over chicken.
- Shake the dressing and pour over the chicken mixture.
- Place in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or so till bubbly and chicken is cooked through.

GOOD SEASONS EASY PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder. Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (170 degrees Farenheit)
- Jazz it up:
- For a golden appearnace, after chicken is cooked through set oven to Broil. Place 6 inches from heat source. Broil 2 to 4 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown.

MOM MOM'S SECRET GOOD SEASONS OVEN BAKED CHICKEN
We always look forward to Mom Mom's chicken at each at family gathering and we found out her secret: it's an adapted version of the oven-baked chicken recipe you find on the Bisquick box, which I am sharing with you. Simple with lots of flavor to go around and can easily be served for any occasion, any time of the year.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Meanwhile, place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet; dice up the Tbsp of butter and sporadically place diced butter on foil.
- Place sheet with butter in pre-heating oven to melt; pull out when melted (don't burn) and tilt pan to coat.
- Stir and combine Bisquick, about 3/4 of the packet of Good Seasons (reserve 1/4), paprika, garlic powder and pepper.
- Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 remaining Good Seasons.
- Coat chicken with Bisquick mix; set on buttered foil.
- Bake for 35 minutes; turn chicken and bake for another 15 minutes (or longer if you like it a bit more crispy).

GOOD SEASONS CHICKEN

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Beat te eggs Dip chicken pieces in egg, then bread crumbs. Heat oil in large saute pan until hot and then add chicken in batches, if necessary. When they are golden, transfer to a 9x12 baking dish. Drain the artichokes and sprinkle with mushrooms over chicken. Shake dressing and pour over the chicken mixture. Place in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and chicken is cooked through.

This dry mix of herbs and spices adds a unique zing to any chicken dish, it has just the right amount of heat and flavor to make all your guests beg for more. Don't be scared by the long list, most of it is spices you will probably have in your cupboard. Note, it also gives chili a great flavor without adding too much heat.

- Place the chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper and pound until thin. Remove breasts and place into a large resealable plastic bag.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, and Italian-style seasoning. Pour mixture into the plastic bag containing the chicken.
- Seal the plastic bag and shake gently to ensure that all the chicken is in contact with the marinade. Refrigerate marinated chicken pieces overnight or up to two days.
- When ready to cook, preheat grill and lightly oil grate. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
