2-3 tsp instant coffee (Nescafe) to taste as below
sugar to taste as below
milk to taste as below
3 ice cubes
1 glassful of cold water (250ml / 8.5 fl oz)
drinking straw
frappe mixer
"Sketos": 1-2 tsps of instant coffee and cold water.
"Metrios" : 1-2 tsps of instant coffee, 1-2 tsps of sugar (equal amount of coffee and sugar)
"Glykos" : 1-2 tsps of instant coffee, 2-4 tsps of sugar (double the amount of sugar than coffee)
"Me gala" : 1 tbsp evaporated milk (the amount of milk can vary according to preference)

Steps:

To prepare this Greek frappe coffee recipe, first of all get a tall glass, a teaspoon and an electric whizzer.
Then add the instant coffee (Nescafe), sugar and about 2-3 tbsp's of cold water. You want just enough to cover the coffee and then add one tbsp more.
Whiz the mixture until a thick, creamy foam is produced.
Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
Then add 3 ice cubes and the evaporated milk if you like.
Fill up the glass with cold water and serve with a drinking straw.

1 tablespoon instant coffee (see note)
sugar, to taste (optional)
evaporated milk, to taste (optional)

Steps:

In a cocktail shaker or jar, add 2 tablespoons of water, the instant coffee, and sugar (if using). Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker or jar. Cover and shake again for 30 seconds. Pour the foam and ice into a tall glass. Add more water, ice, and milk if desired. Serve right away.

On one of many subsequent returns with my wife, her querry at a small taverna yielded what has become a favorite anytime-beverage at our house and a perfect compliment to any breakfast fare.

3 -4 teaspoons instant coffee (don't scoff till you try it, preferably Nescafe)
2 -4 teaspoons sugar (optional)
2 -6 ounces water
2 -6 ounces milk (optional)
ice

Steps:

An immersion blender performs most efficiently.
Combine coffee, sugar, and 3 Tablespoons water in blender carafe.
Whip contents to stiff froth and maximum volume.
Pour froth into tumbler 2/3 full of ice.
Add water and/or milk as desired to fill.
Sip with straw occasionally stirring to combine froth with liquid.
Enjoy.
