1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
Whole-wheat bread
1 teaspoon honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Steps:

Spoon 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt over whole-wheat bread. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Ingredients

1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pine nuts
6 figs, fresh or dried, cut into quarters
6 dates, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1 lemon, juiced
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups Greek yogurt*
Mint leaves for garnish

Steps:

Toast the nuts in a saute pan over medium heat until they become fragrant. Put the nuts onto a plate and set aside; when cool enough to handle, chop them roughly. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the figs, dates, honey, water, lemon juice, and cinnamon stick. Cook for about 10 minutes until fruit is soft. Set aside and let it cool slightly; remove the cinnamon stick. Place the yogurt in a big bowl. Spoon the warm fruit onto the yogurt and gently swirl the fruit through the yogurt. Sprinkle on the nuts and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.;

Ingredients

4 nectarines, pitted and cut into 8ths
4 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
1 cup Greek yogurt

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Core the nectarines and cut into 8ths. Take 4 (12-inch) pieces of foil and divide the nectarines in the middle of each foil sheet. Drizzle the nectarines with the honey and fold foil over creating a packet. Place packets on a baking sheet and in the oven for 10 minutes. Once nectarines are soft remove the nectarines from the packet. Serve on a 4 plates and top with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. Drizzle with honey and serve.

12 strawberries, washed and roughly chopped (or any other fresh fruit)
nuts, chopped and toasted (optional)

Steps:

Put a few large spoonfuls of yogurt into 4 small glasses or ice cream bowls. Drizzle each with about 1 Tbs. honey. Add strawberries on top then sprinkling with nuts.
