Now here is something that is just too cute NOT to try and your kids will have fun making them.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 bunch green grapes
Handful bamboo skewers
1 container of white frosting
1 package mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Rinse your grapes then slide them onto your skewer until it is filled up with grapes.
  • 2. With your frosting, place two small dots in place of the eyes and then stick a mini chocolate chip in the middle of the frosting.
  • 3. FUN AND DELICIOUS! ENJOY!

These fun little caterpillars are a great way to feed your kids some fruit in a cute way. They are also great healthy snacks for a kids' birthday party or during a play date.

20 green grapes
1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
10 miniature semisweet chocolate chips
skewers

Steps:

  • Pick out the 5 nicest looking grapes. Place 2 small dollops of cream cheese on each one for the eyes and stick in mini chocolate chips for the pupils. Thread 3 to 4 grapes, depending on length of your skewers, lengthwise onto a skewer, followed by the grape with the eyes horizontally. Repeat with the other grapes.

Green grapes

Cream cheese, or frosting

Steps:

  • Thread the grapes onto each toothpick until there's no toothpick sticking out. Apply a dab of cream cheese as "glue". Stick on 1 mini chocolate for each eye of the caterpillar.

  • Besides the edible ingredients, you will need long toothpicks. Personally I like to use the 4-inch bamboo skewers with the twisted knot.
  • Mix the cacao powder and coconut oil in a small bowl until you have a smooth consistency. You might have to heat it a little to melt the coconut oil.
  • With a sharp paring knife, cut two small wholes at the top of the first grape to accommodate the antennas. Cut about 1 to 1.5-inch of the top of the chives and insert them into the wholes you just created.
