Green Tea With Peach Recipes

HOMEMADE PEACH GREEN TEA

Steps:

• In a pot, bring water to a boil and then reduce the flames to low.
• Add chopped peach and green tea and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes (For a light green tea flavor OR as per choice for stronger flavor)
• Add lemon juice and increase the heat to high.
• Bring to a boil and switch off the heat.
• Remove the tea bags and dissolve honey into the hot mixture.
• Pour the tea mixture in a hand blender and pulse for a minute or till the peaches are all dissolved.
• Transfer the tea into a jug and refrigerate for 1hour.
• When ready to serve, take 2 glasses, fill with ice, pour peach tea and serve chilled.

PEACH GREEN TEA

Steps:

• Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil.
• Add in green tea bags and steep for about 5 minutes.
• Let tea cool to room temperature or place into the refrigerator to chill.
• Peel and slice peaches.
• Place peach slices into a food processor and blend until pureed.
• Pour peach puree through a strainer.
• Add strained peaches and simple syrup into tea and stir to combine.
• Refrigerate and chill for at least 1 hour.
• Serve over ice and garnish with additional peach slices if desired.

HOMEMADE PEACH TEA

Steps:

• Mix 1 cup water, sugar, and peach slices together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, crushing peach slices as you stir, until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat, cover, and allow peaches to infuse syrup, about 30 minutes. Strain to remove peach slices.
• Bring 6 cups remaining water to a boil in a separate pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, cover, and steep for about 5 minutes.
• Remove tea bags from the pot, pour in peach syrup, and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

GREEN TEA WITH STRAWBERRY & PEACH

Steps:

• Pour 150ml cold water into a large heatproof jug then top up with 450ml boiling water. Add the tea leaves and sliced fruit and leave to steep for 2 mins.
• Meanwhile, fill your teapot with boiling water to warm it. Once the tea has steeped, pour away the water in the teapot then strain the green tea into the teapot, leaving the fruit and tea leaves behind.You can re-brew this mixture again for another pot if you like. Garnish with extra fruit slices if you like.
