1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 pork tenderloin (1 pound)
1/2 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine salad dressing and soy sauce; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 4 hours. , Drain and discard marinade. Rub pork with steak seasoning. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. , Prepare grill for indirect heat. Grill pork, covered, over indirect medium-hot heat for 25-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Juicy grilled pork chops with the best, easy marinade is the perfect recipe to throw on the grill. Great served with simple sides for a delicious dinner.

4 thick cut bone-in pork chops
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 garlic clove (thinly sliced )
2 tsp dried herbs of your choice ((I used oregano, rosemary and parsley) )
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices and herbs.
  • Place the pork chops in a suitable marinating dish or a large Ziploc bag. Pour over the marinade and make sure the pork chops are all covered in the the marinade. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes but up to 24 hours in the fridge.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for at least 5 minutes on the highest setting. Add the pork chops then cook for 2-3 minutes per side, rotating, and turning to make sure the chops are evenly browned. If the fat cap is very big, stand the chops on the fat side and allow to cook and the fat to render for a few minutes.
  • Take the chops off the heat when their internal temperature reaches 145ºF / 62ºC, cover with foil and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.

4 (6 ounce) thin-cut bone-in pork chops
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste

Steps:

  • Season both sides of the pork chops with cayenne pepper and black pepper and lightly poke with a fork to make a few holes. Place pork in a casserole dish, pour soy sauce over top, and add garlic. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove chops from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Place chops on the preheated grill and reduce heat to medium. Cook until no longer pink in the center, about 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Pork steaks are an American BBQ staple, especially in the warmer months of the year. There are many ways to grill a delightful pork steak, but we want to stick to the tried and true basics in order to get a quality steak on the first try. It is so simple to grill pork steaks that it is practically foolproof.

2 Tbs. canola oil
½ C. citrus juice (a blend of orange, lemon and lime works well together.)
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 Tbs. minced rosemary
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. black pepper

Steps:

  • Begin by making the marinade.
  • Whisk together the canola oil, citrus juice, garlic, fresh herbs, salt and pepper in a medium to large sized bowl to combine together.
  • Then, place the pork steaks gently into the marinade, turning them over to evenly coat them with the mixture.
  • Next you will want to cover the bowl with either a lid or tin foil and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  • This is a step that cannot be rushed, so you always want to ensure you have plenty of time set aside for the process.
  • After that, you should preheat the grill on high heat (about 450 degrees F) ten minutes prior to use.
  • This step can be done while the meat is covered in the fridge.
  • Next, take the steaks out of the marinade and discard the marinade, it is no longer needed for the recipe.
  • Grill the steaks on one side over the high heat for about 3 minutes.
  • Then, turn the steaks over to the other side and grill for an additional 3 minutes or until the internal temperature registers 145 degrees F.
  • This step is where a digital thermometer comes in handy.
  • Charts can be used as well, but for beginner grillers, it is best to be certain to make sure the steaks are safe to consume.
  • Simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the steak without touching any of the bone.
  • The last part is easy; transfer the pork steaks to a clean platter or serving dish and allow to rest for four to five minutes prior to serving.
  • It is that simple! These delicious pork steaks are now ready to eat with your favorite side dishes.
  • Recommended side dishes for pork steaks include Brussel sprouts, scalloped potatoes, butterbeans, creamed corn, or potato salad.
  • Others like to keep it very traditional with side choices like mashed potatoes, green beans, or mixed vegetables.

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Eight 1/2-inch bone-in pork chops (about 3 ounces each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Begin by making the marinade. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, vinegar, cumin and red pepper flakes. Easy, right?
  • Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in a re-sealable plastic bag with the marinade. Let rest on the counter for 1 hour. That's easy.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the pork chops from the bag and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes. If using a grill pan, be sure to do in batches so you don't steam the chops. And don't worry if you have neither; you can do this in a pan. See, easy!
