3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

6 serrano peppers, finely diced
1 small white onion, finely diced
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
2 bunches cilantro leaves, finely chopped
6 Roma tomatoes, diced
Black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine avocados, salsa, serranos, onion, lime juice, and salt. Combine ingredients together. Add cilantro, tomatoes, and black pepper. Stir gently.

3 ounces silver tequila
1/4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
hot pepper sauce
sea salt
white pepper

Steps:

  • Cut avocado in large chunks and mash coarsely in large bowl with a fork.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend gently leaving some small chunks.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with more pepper sauce, salt and pepper if desired.
