Time: 100 minutes

Number Of Ingredients: 8

Ingredients: beef roast,dried parsley flakes,dried basil,garlic powder,onion powder,paprika,red pepper,salt

Steps:

  1. mix herbs and seasonings together
  2. rub seasoning mixture completely over roast
  3. wrap roast in foil , sealing ends and edges , but leave room for steam
  4. for more flavor , let roast stand for 30 - 60 minutes
  5. to cook , leave roast in foil
  6. place in a roasting pan and cook at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes per pound or until desired level of doneness
  7. let the roast stand for 5 minutes
  8. remove from foil , saving drippings for gravy
  9. slice and serve
