Ingredients: mashed sweet potatoes,sugar,evaporated milk,eggs,vanilla,butter,coconut,nuts,brown sugar,flour

Steps:

  1. preheat oven to 300
  2. peel and cube sweet potatoes
  3. boil until tender , then mash
  4. add next 6 ingredients and mix with an electric mixer
  5. pour into greased 8x8 baking dish
  6. mix topping ingredients and crumble on top of potato mixture
  7. bake 30 minutes
