This Honey Dijon Pork Tenderloin is roasted in the oven and topped with a delicious glaze that you'll want to drink with a spoon! It's so easy to make, too!

1 package pork tenderloins (package should contain two tenderloins)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons orange juice
2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried rosemary (or 1 sprig freshly chopped)
fresh ground pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, and place the two pork tenderloins on top.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, orange juice, dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, and pepper. Cut small slits in the top of each of the tenderloins, about halfway through (about 6 slits on each). Pour the sauce over the top of the tenderloins.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, spooning the sauce over the top of the tenderloins every 10 minutes. This creates a super yummy glaze on top, and will soak into the slits you cut in the meat. Bake until a meat thermometer inserted in the largest part of the tenderloins reads 145.
  • Remove tenderloins from the oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with sauce from the pan drizzled over the top. Enjoy!

1 pork tenderloin ((about 1 lb.))
½ cup honey
½ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce ((or substitute with tamari or coconut aminos for gluten-free option))
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Leaves from 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced (can substitute with about ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
Leaves from 2 sprigs fresh thyme, minced (can substitute with about ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Season pork on all sides with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Place pork in a large zip-top plastic bag. Pour half of the marinade over the pork and toss to coat. Seal the bag and refrigerate the pork in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours. Rotate the pork occasionally so that the marinade touches all sides.
  • Set aside the remaining ½ of the marinade in a separate bowl, cover, and refrigerate for later.

2 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup orange juice, divided
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small onion, cut into eighths
1/2 small green pepper, cut into squares
1/2 small sweet red pepper, cut into squares

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; place in a heavy ovenproof skillet. In a small bowl, whisk flour and 2 tablespoons orange juice until smooth; whisk in the honey, mustard, basil and remaining orange juice. Pour over chops. Place carrots and onion around chops. , Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Add peppers; cover and bake 20 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender and pork is no longer pink.

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
1 dash garlic powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork tenderloin with salt and pepper; place in slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork tenderloin, turning pork to coat all sides.
  • Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 hours).

The Government of Alberta distributed this recipe (among others) at a conference I attended in Calgary some years ago. It is Mmmm, Mmmm Good, and is wonderful company fare. I find that the sauce tends to thicken quite a bit while baking, so I usually add a bit more water during the process. I would also recommend doubling the sauce (amounts given are from the original recipe). Twice-baked potatoes and seasoned fresh green beans make it a truly outstanding meal (along with fresh dinner rolls, of course). Hope you enjoy it.

2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloin
1 -2 garlic clove, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (or more, to taste)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In a blender, combine garlic, onion, brown sugar, ketchup, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Blend on high speed till smooth; set aside.
  • In a frying pan, over medium-high heat, quickly brown tenderloins in a bit of oil.
  • Place in a 3-quart baking pan and spoon sauce over meat.
  • Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally. (To save a mess in your oven, tent your baking pan very loosely with foil.).
  • To serve, cut in 1/2" slices (on the diagonal) and either drizzle sauce over the top or serve in a separate dish.
