Here's what you need: chicken wings, baking powder, salt, honey, dijon mustard, salt, pepper

2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup honey
¼ cup dijon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
  • Remove excess moisture from chicken wings with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, stir in baking powder and salt until chicken is thoroughly coated.
  • Bake on a baking rack for 1 hour, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping every 20 minutes. For best results, place baking rack on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or foil to catch drippings.
  • In a skillet, combine honey mustard sauce ingredients on medium heat and stir in chicken wings until fully coated.
  • Serve with your favorite side dish or dipping sauce.

1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Line two 15x10x1-in. baking pans with foil; grease foil. Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 chicken wing joints; discard wing tips. Place remaining wings in prepared pans. , In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Pour over wings, turning to coat. Bake 30-40 minutes on each side or until wings are glazed and chicken juices run clear.

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup kosher salt
6 medium chicken wings, cut at the joint
Freshly cracked black pepper
Tangy Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce, recipe follows
1 cup crushed salted pretzel sticks
1/2 cup yellow mustard
2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
Freshly cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix the sugar and salt with 8 cups (2 quarts) water in a large container until dissolved. Add the chicken wings and brine for 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerated.
  • Place the wood chips in a smoker box and place the smoker box directly on a burner on the grill, under the grate. Cover, turn the burner under the smoker box to high and heat until the chips start to smoke, 5 to 10 minutes. Once smoking, turn off that burner, turn the other burners to low and heat until the thermometer registers 275 degrees F.
  • Dry the chicken pieces with a paper towel and season with cracked black pepper. Add the chicken to the grill over the set burners, close the lid and smoke the wings, maintaining a grill temperature of 250 to 275 degrees F and turning the wings once, until the meat registers 165 to 170 degrees F, about 1 hour. Raise the set burners to medium high and sear both sides of the wings until golden and crispy, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Immediately toss the wings with some of the Tangy Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce, then sprinkle with the crushed pretzels to add some crunch and serve!
  • Mix together the yellow and stone-ground mustard, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire and granulated garlic. Season with plenty of freshly cracked pepper.

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat the aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet so they do not touch; season with salt.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until browned and crispy on top, about 20 minutes. Flip the wings with tongs and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes more.
  • Stir together the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in large mixing bowl. Add the wings to the bowl and toss with a spatula to coat evenly. Allow to sit for about five minutes and toss again to re-coat. Transfer to a plate to serve.

1/2 cup orange blossom honey
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 pounds chicken wings

Steps:

  • Combine honey, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl., Cut through the 2 wing joints with a sharp knife, discarding wing tips. Add remaining wing pieces and honey mixture to a large bowl; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 375°. Remove wings; reserve honey mixture. Place wings on greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake until juices run clear, about 30 minutes, turning halfway through., Meanwhile, place reserved honey mixture in a small saucepan. 2 lbs chicken wings (remove the tip and cut at the joint)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
  • Pour onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping them over after 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile prepare sauce mixture by putting Dijon mustard, honey, dry mustard powder and garlic powder in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
  • Drizzle sauce over wings, turn to coast and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through, turning as needed so they do not stick.
  • Pour wings into a serving platter and enjoy.
