Hot Chocolate Lasagna is delicious dessert, perfect for parties to feed the crowd and it's completely no bake recipe!!!

36 Oreo cookies-ground
½ cup unsalted butter-melted
½ cup unsalted butter-softened
8 oz. cream cheese-softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 (0.73 oz) envelops of instant hot cocoa mix (milk chocolate flavor)
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
2 (3.8 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
2 ¾ cups milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream (or 2 ½ cups whipped cream)
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups mini marshmallows
Chocolate topping or Nutella for serving

Steps:

  • To make the crust place whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor and ground in fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter and press the mixture in the bottom of 13 x 9 inches casserole dish. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm while making next layer.
  • To make Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Layer, beat softened butter and cream cheese with vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.
  • In another bowl beat heavy whipping cream and instant milk chocolate powder until stiff peaks form. Fold half of hot chocolate whipped cream in cheesecake mixture, then fold in another half ( scrape well the bottom of the bowl to incorporate everything well). Then, spread over the crust and set in the fridge or freezer to firm.
  • For pudding layer in a bowl whisk instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until it starts thickening. Stir in mini marshmallows and spread over hot chocolate mousse layer. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  • When pudding layer has set, make whipped cream. Beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread whipped cream on top of pudding layer and place in the fridge for a few hours or better overnight.
  • Before serving scatter 2 cups of mini marshmallows over whipped cream.
  • Serve drizzled with melted chocolate, Nutella or chocolate topping.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge.

One 16-ounce box dried curly-edge lasagna noodles (not no-bake)
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Nonstick cooking spray
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 carrot, cut into chunks
1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
1/2 onion, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
4 links sweet Italian sausage (just under 1 pound)
1 pound 80-percent lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 pound fresh ricotta
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves, chopped
8 ounces low-moisture mozzarella, sliced
2 cups marinara sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles until pliable but still very al dente, about 3 minutes less than the package cooking time. Drain, but do not rinse. (The starch from the noodles will help them stick to the sides of the pan.) Spread on a baking sheet. Cut 4 of the noodles crosswise into thirds.
  • Toss the breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons Parmesan together in a small bowl. Spray a 10-inch tube pan with cooking spray. Coat with the Parmesan breadcrumbs, tapping out the excess.
  • Combine the garlic, carrot, celery and onion in a food processor or mini food processor and process to a paste.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Prick each sausage with a fork and cook until browned, 5 to 6 minutes; remove and set aside. Add the remaining tablespoon olive oil to the skillet and crumble in the beef and pork. Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned, about 4 minutes. Add the aromatic paste from the food processor. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it dries out, about 3 minutes. Make a space in the middle of the pan and add the tomato paste. Cook, stirring the tomato paste until it darkens a shade or two, about 2 minutes, then stir into the meat. Season with the oregano, red pepper flakes and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add the white wine and cook until reduced by half, about 1 minute. Add 1 cup water and simmer rapidly until very thick, 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Combine the ricotta, egg, basil, parsley and 1/2 cup Parmesan in a medium bowl.
  • Line the prepared pan with the whole lasagna noodles, overlapping slightly. Spread about half of the meat sauce in the bottom of the pan on top of the noodles. Nestle the sausages into the meat sauce, pressing down to submerge them about halfway. Top with a third of the sliced mozzarella, breaking the slices to fit. Top with half of the cut noodle pieces and press down gently. Spread the ricotta mixture over the noodles and top with another third of the mozzarella. Top with the remaining cut noodles and press again. Spread over the remaining meat sauce and top with the remaining mozzarella. Fold over the noodles used to line the pan to encase the filling and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  • Cover the timpano with foil and bake until heated through, 30 to 35 minutes. Uncover and bake until the top is crisp and golden-brown, about 30 minutes more. Let rest 45 minutes to 1 hour before unmolding. Run an offset spatula or butter knife around the edges of the pan to ensure it can be removed with ease. Unmold the lasagna by inverting it onto a serving platter. Arrange the basil sprigs in the middle. Slice with a serrated knife and serve with the marinara on the side.

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, divided
2 (4 ounce) packages chocolate instant pudding
3 1/4 cups milk, cold
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Begin by crushing 36 Oreo cookies. I used my food processor for this, but you could also place them in a large ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. When the Oreos have turned into fine crumbs, you are done.
  • Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a large bowl. Stir in 6 tablespoons melted butter and use a fork to incorporate the butter into the cookie crumbs. When the butter is distributed, transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator while you work on the additional layers.
  • Mix the cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add in 2 Tablespoons of milk, and sugar, and mix well. Stir in 1 and 1/4 cups Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the crust.
  • In a bowl, combine chocolate instant pudding with 3 and 1/4 cups cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding starts to thicken. Use a spatula to spread the mixture over the previous cream cheese layer. Allow the dessert to rest for about 5 minutes so that the pudding can firm up further.
  • Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the top. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, or the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.

I got this recipe from a family member and it has been a favorite since. It is so simple to make, but is definitely a crowd-pleaser! With the majority of the ingredients being fat-free, it is one that you make and not feel guilty about serving. My kids ask me to make it every time we go to any type of gathering, and when I bring it everyone says they love it.

3 (3.4 ounce) packages fat-free instant white chocolate pudding mix
3 cups skim milk
2 (8 ounce) tubs fat-free whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), divided
1 (14.4 ounce) box chocolate graham crackers
1 (1.5 ounce) milk chocolate candy bar (such as Hershey's®), cut into pieces

Steps:

  • Whisk white chocolate pudding and skim milk together in a bowl until thickened and smooth; fold in 1 tub whipped topping.
  • Line a 9x13-inch casserole dish with 1 layer of graham crackers. Spread 1/2 the pudding mixture over graham cracker layer. Repeat layering with graham crackers and remaining pudding mixture, ending with a layer of graham crackers. Spread 1 tub whipped topping over top graham cracker layer; sprinkle with candy bar pieces. I've made this a few times and it a great dessert. Change the flavors of ice cream if you wish-I do. It is a bit of work, and I've included the chilling time with prep time. The original post came from Cookin'Mom.

1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons shortening
1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons shortening
1 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate flavored syrup
1 cup sweetened whipped cream
fresh mint leaves, if desired

Steps:

  • Line 2 rectangular pans, 13x9x2 inches, with aluminum foil, leaving 1 inch of foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and the 2 T. shortening in a 1 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
  • Divide the melted chocolate evenly between the 2 pans and spread into thin, even layers.
  • Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil sheets of chocolate from the pan and return to the freezer.
  • Prepare pans with foil again.
  • Melt the white baking chips with the 2 T. shortening over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
  • Divide melted mixture evenly between the 2 pans and freeze for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil sheets from pan and return to freezer.
  • Line 1 rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with plastic wrap and set aside.
  • Beat half of the ice cream with half of the peanut butter in a large bowl on medium speed until just mixed.
  • Repeat with remaining ice cream and peanut butter in second bowl.
  • Remove all chocolate layers from freezer and carefully peel foil from layers as it is used.
  • Place 1 white chocolate layer in bottom of plastic wrap lined pan.
  • Carefully spread on 1/3 of the ice cream mixture.
  • Add 1 semisweet layer, spread with 1/3 of the ice cream mixture.
  • Repeat, ending up with the last layer being the semisweet chocolate layer.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 12 hours.
  • Place pan upside down on a cookie sheet.
  • Place hot towels on bottom of pan.
  • When just warm you should be able to remove pan and plastic wrap.
  • At this point you can top with whipping cream, mint leaves and cocoa powder to dust, or cut into 5 rows by 3 rows, and garnish with a dolop of whipped cream, mint leaves or chocolate leaves and a dusting of cocoa powder.

4 large bell peppers (any colors will work)
1 pound ground turkey
1 onion (diced)
1 jar spaghetti sauce (26 ounces)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 cup skim milk ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Cut each green bell pepper in half and remove the seeds.
  • Lay the peppers on prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground turkey and diced onion until turkey is no longer pink.
  • Mix in spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes and let simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Remove peppers from oven and spread a little bit of ricotta cheese in each pepper.
  • Add a scoop of the prepared meat sauce in each pepper, then top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
  • Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes in the oven or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
