½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 cups pecan halves

Steps:

  • Combine the chocolate chips and cream in a medium metal bowl, and set on top of a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir pecan halves into the chocolate until completely coated.
  • Remove a few pecans at a time with a slotted spoon. Separate pecan halves and place onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.

2 pounds white candy coating, coarsely chopped
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir candy coating and chips until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes; stir in peanuts., Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes.

Steps:

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside
  • Place the hazelnuts in the freezer while you prepare the chocolate
  • Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium bowl, and melt in the microwave at 20-second increments, stirring well each time. Once the chocolate has melted, add the hazelnuts and stir well, so they're well covered in chocolate. Transfer them to the lined baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and place the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, until the chocolate hardens. Break it into pieces

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or waxed paper and set aside.
  • Place the chopped chocolate and the oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring after every 30-second increment to prevent overheating.
