IMITATION CRABMEAT SALAD

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine onion, green pepper, celery and imitation crab meat.
• In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, salad dressing, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
• Pour the dressing mixture into the crab/vegetable mixture and toss lightly to combine. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Steps:

• To make dressing, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, olives, and eggs.
• Make a bed of iceberg lettuce on a large plate.
• Top with crab, avocado, tomatoes, and asparagus.
• Drizzle with Louie dressing.

• In a medium bowl, combine sweet relish, mayonnaise, and crabmeat. Set aside.

• Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks, reserving whites. In a bowl, mash yolks. Stir in all remaining ingredients. , Spoon or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
