- In a medium pan, heat water, sugar, orange juice and orange zest over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add cranberries, stir.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cranberries will burst as they cook.
- After 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
