JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE
To be used as a dip or spread for bagels, sandwiches, burgers, tortillas or any other dish that would be compatible. Can, also, be used just as is spread between two pieces of bread for finger sandwiches or with the added sweetness of a fruit preserve or jelly.

CREAMY JALAPENO SAUCE
This not so healthy, but oh so good, sauce is great with almost anything! Especially good with fried foods, but also works with tortilla chips (hmmmm... those are fried, too, huh?) and vegetables. It has a kick, but you could omit one of the jalapenos to tone it down.

JALAPENO WHITE SAUCE
I don't want to call this a copycat recipe since the restaurant where I got this, Miguel's in San Diego, actually gives out the recipe because it's so popular. They serve it warm with chips as an alternative to salsa. I'm sure there are many other uses for this sauce, such as over enchiladas. You may want to add extra jalapenos if the spice isn't hot enough for you.

My cousin shared this recipe with me after we had the sauce at a restaurant on Coronado Island. I've never made it at home, but know I enjoyed it at the restaurant. My cousin's advice: don't count the calories in this!!!!!

Give it a whirl... I promise your taste buds won't regret it. :-)
