Jello Cream Cheese Dessert Recipes

JELLO CREAM CHEESE DESSERT

Steps:

• Mix Jello into with boiling water (I microwaved the water in a large glass bowl until bubbling).
• Stir in pie filling and pineapple. Mix well then pour into a greased baking pan. Carefully move to the fridge and chill until set (about 2-4 hours).
• To prepare the topping, beat whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), sugar and vanilla using a hand mixer until smooth.
• When Jello mixture is set, spread cream cheese mixture on top, then layer with granola or chopped nuts and serve immediately. Use a thin spatula to slice and serve.

PRETZEL JELLO DESSERT

Steps:

• Prepare jello with frozen strawberries. Put in fridge until almost set.
• Combine pretzels, butter and 3 Tbsp sugar and layer at bottom of glass dish.
• Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and cool whip.
• Layer pretzel base, cream cheese mixture then jello mixture. Let set overnight.

RASPBERRY CREAM CHEESE JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Open can of pears and drain 1 cup of the pear juice into a bowl. Set bowl aside and throw away the rest of the juice.
• Add 1 cup of water to pear juice and microwave the liquid for 2-3 minutes or until water is boiling.
• Add box of raspberry jello to the boiling liquid and stir until all jello has dissolved. Set bowl in fridge and allow it to cool for about 7-10 minutes (you don't want the jello to set, you just want it to cool down).
• Dump pears and softened cream cheese into a large blender. Add in cooled jello and Cool Whip. Blend until completely combined.
• Pour jello into 9 x 13 inch pan and set in the fridge until jello is completely set (should take 3-4 hours - you could also let it set up overnight).
• Serve topped with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.

3 LAYER JELLO DESSERT

Steps:

• Mix cherry jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water. Pour in pan, I used a 8x11 glass pan.
• Refrigerate 1 hour.
• Whip lemon jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water.
• Cool to room temperature
• Whip cream cheese with this,.
• and pour on cherry jello.
• Refrigerate for 1 hour, or longer.
• Mix lime jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water.
• Let cool, and pour lime jello over layers, and let set in refrigerator.

STRAWBERRY AND CREAM CHEESE DESSERT

Steps:

• Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan.
• Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add 1 cup COOL WHIP; mix well. Carefully spread over crust. Refrigerate until ready to use.
• Meanwhile, add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened.
• Add 1-1/2 cups berries to gelatin; stir. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and berries just before serving.
