Fresh cherries in an easy no bake pie. Top with whipped topping. Chocolate fans may want to try using a prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust for this recipe.

- In a small bowl, soften gelatin in cold water. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, mash half the cherries with the sugar. Stir in cornstarch, lemon juice, and food coloring. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick and transparent. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, and stir briskly.
- Slice remaining cherries into the crust, and pour gelatin mixture over cherries. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

- In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in cherry gelatin until dissolved. Stir in pie filling. Pour into an 11x7-in. dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set., In a small saucepan, bring remaining water to a boil. Stir in lemon gelatin until dissolved. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Beat in lemon gelatin and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes. , Fold in the marshmallows and whipped cream. Spoon over cherry layer; sprinkle with pecans. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

JELLO CREAM CHEESE DESSERT
This Jello dessert is almost like an upside down, no-bake cheesecake. The bottom layer is a mixture of cherry gelatin and pie filling lightly gelled together with crushed pineapples.

- Mix Jello into with boiling water (I microwaved the water in a large glass bowl until bubbling).
- Stir in pie filling and pineapple. Mix well then pour into a greased baking pan. Carefully move to the fridge and chill until set (about 2-4 hours).
- To prepare the topping, beat whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), sugar and vanilla using a hand mixer until smooth.
- When Jello mixture is set, spread cream cheese mixture on top, then layer with granola or chopped nuts and serve immediately. Use a thin spatula to slice and serve.

- Combine the cherry pie filling, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil just long enough to dissolve the sugar, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in both packages of gelatin powder until dissolved. Cool for at least 30-45 minutes in the fridge, but be sure not to forget and let it set.
- When the jello is cool but has not begun to set yet, pour in the coca-cola and crushed pinapple, stirring to combine.
